These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of AppTopWorks products and services. By using AppTopWorks you accept these terms and agree to comply with applicable laws. These terms form the agreement between you and AppTopWorks and describe permitted use, account responsibilities, intellectual property rights, and commercial terms for paid services.

To use AppTopWorks you must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts and comply with applicable local laws. Organizations and individuals must ensure authorized users meet eligibility criteria and act within the scope of their authority.
Users must be at least 13 years old. Accounts for minors require parental or guardian authorization where local law demands it.
You agree to use AppTopWorks only for lawful purposes and not to engage in activities that violate law, infringe rights of others, or interfere with our services.
Access to AppTopWorks may be limited in certain countries due to sanctions, export controls, or local restrictions. Customers are responsible for complying with applicable import/export and local regulations.
Account Terms
Your AppTopWorks account grants access to services based on your selected plan. Account holders are responsible for maintaining accurate information and securing access credentials.
Keep account information current and accurate. AppTopWorks may suspend access or decline transactions if contact or billing details are incomplete or clearly inaccurate.
You are responsible for safeguarding your username and password and for any activity under your account. Use strong passwords and follow recommended security practices within the platform.
Accounts are personal to the registered entity and may not be transferred without prior written consent from AppTopWorks. Unauthorized transfers may be refused or reversed.
If you suspect unauthorized access or that your account is compromised, notify us immediately at +66989705691 and via the support channel in your account so we can take steps to secure the account.
We may suspend or restrict access for accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or present security risks. Suspension may be temporary pending contribute or corrective action.
Service Provision
AppTopWorks delivers cloud-based workflow and process management tools designed to improve operational efficiency. Service scope is defined by the selected plan and related documentation. We strive for reliable performance and provide support resources to help you adopt the platform.
AppTopWorks may modify features, functionality, or integrations to improve service value. We will provide notice of material changes and, when applicable, offer transition guidance for impacted features.
We design services for high availability but occasional maintenance and downtime may occur. AppTopWorks schedules maintenance with advance notice when practicable and publishes status information for major incidents.
Acceptable Use Rules
Users must follow rules to maintain a secure and productive platform environment. Prohibited activities include:
- Accessing data or accounts without authorization or attempting to bypass security controls.
- Uploading or distributing malware, spam, or content that violates law or third-party rights.
- Reverse-engineering, scraping, or otherwise extracting data from the service beyond provided APIs and export tools.
- Using the service to infringe intellectual property or other proprietary rights.
- Interfering with the normal operation of the platform or degrading service for others.
- Misrepresenting affiliation with AppTopWorks or using our brand without authorization.
- Engaging in discriminatory or harassing behavior toward users or staff.
User Content
User Content means any text, documents, data, or files you upload, share, or store in AppTopWorks. You retain ownership of your content subject to these terms.
You remain the owner of your user content. AppTopWorks does not claim ownership of content you submit, except as required to provide the service.
By submitting content you grant AppTopWorks a limited license to use, store, and transmit that content as required to provide the service and associated features, including backups and integrations you enable.
You are responsible for the content you upload and must ensure you have the necessary rights to share it. Prohibited content includes illegal material, content that violates privacy rights, and materials that breach contractual obligations.
AppTopWorks may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law. We will notify account administrators when content removal affects your account operations unless prohibited by law.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the AppTopWorks platform, branding, software, and documentation are owned by AppTopWorks or its licensors. These rights are protected by law and you must not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works except as expressly permitted.
- Do not replicate the platform or build competing services from our code or user interface.
- Do not remove or alter AppTopWorks branding, copyright notices, or proprietary markings.
- Do not use AppTopWorks activity or logos without prior written consent for promotional or commercial purposes.
Paid Services and Subscriptions
AppTopWorks offers tiered paid plans for expanded functionality, support, and integrations. Paid services are subject to the pricing, billing, and cancellation terms described below and in the subscription agreement.
Prices for paid plans are listed on the AppTopWorks website and may vary by region. Charges are billed in the currency indicated at signup and exclude taxes unless specified.
Payment methods accepted are indicated at checkout. You authorize AppTopWorks to charge renewal fees automatically using the payment method on file unless you cancel the subscription before renewal.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. Downgrades, upgrades, and additional seats are subject to prorated billing as described in account settings.
Refunds are considered in exceptional cases, such as demonstrable billing errors or significant failure to deliver contracted services. Refund determinations are made on a case-by-case basis.
You can cancel your subscription through account settings. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not automatically delete stored data. Review export options prior to cancellation to retain necessary records.
Customers are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, and levies associated with paid services. AppTopWorks may collect taxes where required by law.
We may update pricing for new subscriptions or renewal periods. Existing subscriptions will be charged according to the terms agreed at the time of purchase unless notice is provided and accepted.
Failure to pay may result in temporary suspension of paid features. AppTopWorks will notify account administrators before suspending service for non-payment and provide instructions to restore access.
Disclaimer
AppTopWorks provides services 'as is' to help streamline business workflows. We make reasonable efforts to maintain service quality, but do not make specific claims about outcomes for your operations. Customers should evaluate the service for their particular business needs.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AppTopWorks shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the service. Our aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to fees paid by the customer for the affected service in the prior 12 months.
Third-Party Services and Integrations
AppTopWorks may integrate with third-party services. Use of those services is subject to the third party's terms and privacy practices. AppTopWorks is not responsible for third-party availability, performance, or content.
Termination
Either party may terminate service for cause if the other party materially breaches these Terms and fails to cure within a specified period. AppTopWorks may suspend or terminate accounts that pose an operational or legal risk.
On termination, access to the platform will cease. AppTopWorks may retain backup copies of data for a limited period as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. Customers should export necessary data prior to termination.
Privacy and Data Protection
AppTopWorks processes user data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Data handling practices, retention, and user rights are described in the Privacy Policy available on our website. Customers are responsible for compliance with local privacy obligations related to their own users and data subjects.
Communications
We will communicate important service notices via email or in-app messages. By using AppTopWorks you consent to receive electronic communications related to your account and the service. Keep contact details current to ensure delivery.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our service or legal requirements. Material changes will be posted and, when appropriate, notified to account administrators. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to AppTopWorks operations. Disputes will be resolved under the legal framework specified herein and may be subject to jurisdictional rules consistent with our business location and applicable law.
Dispute Resolution
Before pursuing formal dispute resolution, parties should engage in good faith discussions to resolve disagreements. Where required by law, disputes may be subject to mediation or binding arbitration as described in applicable agreements.
